About Me.
A nurse for 18 years, I've experienced different aspects of the acute care setting. From bedside to operating room, to charge nurse, employee education, patient diabetes education, management, data collection and chart review.

These varied experiences have given me opportunity to observe the weakness of our current healthcare model and I have become increasingly passionate about holistic healthcare and lifestyle medicine.

I'm excited to be embarking on this journey of supporting caregivers using holistic and lifestyle medicine, with functional diagnostic testing to diagnose and treat the root cause of illness, so that clients can go from surviving to thriving.
